Seabreeze Escape is a rare 17th-century waterfront residence set in one of Dubrovnik’s most sought-after coastal positions, offering an exceptional balance of heritage, comfort and privacy. Arranged over three floors, the 300 m² living space is finished in a soft white palette that allows the sea views to take centre stage.

The villa accommodates up to ten guests across five inviting bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom and outlook over the Adriatic. A fully equipped kitchen and relaxed living area provide space for shared meals and easy gatherings, whether travelling as a family or a group of friends.

Outside, Seabreeze Escape opens onto a generous terrace with a dining area and a 32 m² heated saltwater swimming pool, all positioned above the shoreline with direct access to the beach below. From here, uninterrupted views stretch across the sea towards Lokrum Island, Banje Beach and Dubrovnik’s Old Town, just beyond the historic city walls.
