Dating back to the 16th century, the property retains plenty of historic character while providing the comforts expected from a modern country retreat. From its elevated position in the Garraf countryside, guests can enjoy far - reaching views towards the Mediterranean, with extensive grounds offering plenty of space to relax, explore and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.

The main house features 11 individually styled bedrooms and accommodates up to 28 guests, alongside a generous selection of living and entertaining spaces. These include a Moroccan - style lounge, home cinema, games room and modern kitchen, while a private chef can also be arranged at an additional cost. For larger groups, a separate self - contained casita provides additional accommodation, increasing the overall capacity of Masia Altamira to as many as 33 guests. With its own kitchen, bathroom and living space, the casita is also ideal for guests seeking a little more privacy and independence.

Outside, a 20 - metre solar - heated infinity pool forms the centrepiece of the estate, accompanied by a children's pool, hot tub, terraces and shaded dining areas. Guests can also enjoy the gym, sauna, table tennis, boules and basketball facilities, or explore the private walking tracks winding through the surrounding estate. Despite its secluded countryside setting, Masia Altamira is only around fifteen minutes by car from the beaches, restaurants and shops of Sitges, offering an excellent balance between rural tranquillity and easy access to the Mediterranean coast.

Tucked away in the rolling countryside of the Garraf region, Masia Altamira enjoys a wonderfully peaceful setting surrounded by vineyards, woodland and Mediterranean landscapes. Despite its secluded feel, the property is conveniently positioned around 6 km from the vibrant coastal town of Sitges, approximately a 15 - minute drive away. Here, guests can spend their days exploring sandy beaches, wandering through the attractive old town, dining in excellent restaurants or enjoying the town’s lively cultural scene and waterfront promenade.

For everyday essentials, the traditional town of Sant Pere de Ribes is just a few kilometres away, while the surrounding Penedès region is well known for its vineyards and wineries. The countryside around the property is ideal for walking and cycling, with the Garraf Natural Park providing further opportunities to explore the region’s rugged hills and scenic trails.

Barcelona is also within easy reach, making Masia Altamira well placed for a day trip to the Catalan capital. The city centre is approximately 45 minutes away by car, while Barcelona - El Prat Airport can typically be reached in around 30 - 35 minutes, making arrivals and departures relatively straightforward for larger groups despite the property’s rural setting.
