Mariannina is a stylish and contemporary 4 - bedroom villa in the rolling countryside just outside Noto, Sicily. Sleeping up to 8 guests, this beautifully designed home blends modern elegance with natural charm. Surrounded by 1.5 hectares of olive and almond groves, the villa offers a relaxing retreat with sweeping views.  The heart of the villa is an elegant open - plan living space, where large windows invite in light and landscape, seamlessly connecting the indoors with the outdoors. A sleek kitchen and lounge area are furnished with refined minimalist décor and enriched with Sicilian touches. Three double bedrooms are in the main house - one with an en - suite and two sharing a bathroom. The fourth bedroom is accessed from the courtyard and features twin beds, an en - suite bathroom, and a loft with two single beds - a perfect hideaway for children. Outside, the saltwater pool and spacious terrace invite lazy afternoons and al fresco dining. The villa is just 4 km from Noto’s Baroque beauty, close to the beaches of Lido di Noto and Marina di Avola, and within easy reach of Syracuse, the Vendicari Nature Reserve, and other treasures of southeastern Sicily.

The area is rich in natural beauty and cultural heritage, making it an excellent holiday destination for those seeking both relaxation and discovery.  Within a short drive, guests can explore the golden sands of Lido di Noto or the peaceful beaches of Marina di Avola.
