The house is set in a residential neighbourhood on a road leading towards Marinella Beach, Les Sables d’Or and Plage De La Chambre d’Amour - within a 15-minute walk you could be strolling along the promenade, paddling in the ocean or enjoying sunset drinks in one of the beachside cafes. This part of the Basque coast is a haven for outdoor enthusiasts, whether you’re surfing Atlantic waves, jogging along the shoreline or cycling along the path that runs parallel to the sea. Golf lovers note that the prestigious NAS Golf Chiberta is only 2km away.

Anglet’s vibrant local life is close at hand, with Les Halles des 5 Cantons (1km) offering a wonderful indoor market experience brimming with regional produce and gourmet delights. Two large supermarkets are also within a 5-minute drive, ensuring daily essentials are always within easy reach.
