The villa

Le Felci is a stylish seafront villa in Pozzillo, near Acireale on Sicily’s eastern coast. Just 10 metres from the water, it offers direct access to lava - stone cliffs, with a seasonal footbridge available mid - June to mid - September for easier sea entry. The villa spans 300 square metres across two levels and sleeps up to eight guests in four en - suite double bedrooms. The ground floor features a spacious living room with smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, guest WC, laundry room, and one bedroom. The remaining three bedrooms are located upstairs. Set within a 2,000 - square - metre Mediterranean garden, Le Felci offers a private saltwater pool (13 x 6.5 m, heatable to 26°C from March to November), a pool house with changing room and bathroom, a solarium, barbecue area, and panoramic sea - view terraces. The villa is equipped with air conditioning in all rooms, Wi - Fi, two smart TVs, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, electric and microwave ovens, espresso and American coffee machines, wine cellar, ice machine, and private parking.
