The villa

Costa Vells is a contemporary five-bedroom, six-bathroom retreat set in a coastal neighbourhood within Mallorca’s fashionable Calvià region. Designed for effortless seaside living, the villa sleeps up to ten guests and enjoys an elevated position with expansive terraces overlooking some of the island’s most beautiful beaches. Clean architectural lines, generous glazing, and a calm neutral palette create bright, welcoming interiors that connect seamlessly with the surrounding landscape.

The villa offers five comfortable bedrooms, including four with double beds and one with twin beds, making it ideal for families or groups of friends. Large windows fill each room with natural light and frame coastal views, while smart TVs and private bathrooms add comfort and privacy. The standout master suite features a spacious walk-in wardrobe and a bathroom with a freestanding bathtub positioned to enjoy the scenery. The modern kitchen is fully equipped, with a breakfast corner and a stylish indoor dining area for shared meals.

Outdoor living is centred around the sea-facing infinity pool, ideal for swimming or cooling off and heating is available (at an extra cost) during cooler months. Multiple terraces provide shaded seating, cushioned loungers, and a day bed, while an outdoor kitchen, gas barbecue, and large dining table create an inviting setting for relaxed alfresco dining.

Set in a coastal neighbourhood within Mallorca’s fashionable Calvià region, Costa Vells enjoys a privileged position in the exclusive enclave of Sol de Mallorca, in the island’s sought-after southwest. This area overlooks a breathtaking stretch of pine-lined coastline where crystal-clear turquoise waters meet fragrant Mediterranean forests. The setting is wonderfully serene, with three nearby white-sand beaches offering calm swimming, snorkelling, and postcard-worthy views at every turn.

Just steps from the coastline, a small local harbour provides easy access to boat charters, perfect for discovering hidden coves and dramatic cliffs along Mallorca’s southern shores. For a touch of glamour, the luxury marinas of Port Adriano and Puerto Portals are a short drive away, offering designer shopping, waterfront dining, and a lively yachting scene. Despite the tranquil atmosphere, Palma and its historic old town, galleries, and vibrant food scene are less than thirty minutes away by car.
