The villa

Casale Maremma offers a characterful stay close to the Tuscan coast, combining traditional architecture with generous indoor and outdoor space. The property is made up of the main villa and a separate dependance, accommodating up to 13 guests across seven bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Inside, the living spaces are bright and spacious, with a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable lounge and a large dining room designed for shared meals. The layout works well for families or groups, offering both privacy and areas to come together.

Outside, the villa is designed for enjoying the Tuscan climate. A spacious garden surrounds the large private swimming pool, complete with sun loungers and shaded areas for relaxing. There is also a covered outdoor dining space, ideal for long meals and evenings spent together. With Scarlino just 4km away for shops and restaurants, and the closest beaches around 9km from the villa, Casale Maremma offers a great balance of countryside setting and access to the coast.

Located a few kilometres from the hilltop village of Scarlino, Casale Maremma enjoys a fantastic position in an area known for its mix of coastline, countryside and historic towns. Scarlino itself offers a charming setting with stone streets, a medieval castle and wide views across the Gulf of Follonica, as well as local restaurants and everyday amenities just a short drive away.

The coast is also within easy reach, with beaches around 9 - 15km away, including beautiful spots such as Cala Violina and the sandy shores near Follonica. This stretch of coastline offers a mix of organised beach clubs and quieter natural areas, perfect for exploring at your own pace. Beyond the coast, the surrounding region invites discovery, from nature reserves and walking trails to nearby towns such as Massa Marittima, making it an excellent base for experiencing the diversity of southern Tuscany.
