The villa

Tucked into the serene hills of Sant’Angelo in Pontano, Casa Sibillina is a stylish countryside retreat made up of two neighbouring villas, designed to host families or groups of friends travelling together.

Each house is arranged across two floors, offering spacious living with a layout that blends privacy and connection. Both villas feature contemporary open - plan kitchens, elegant dining areas, and comfortable lounges with TVs, all opening onto covered terraces, perfect for shared meals and lazy afternoons. The real centrepiece is the private pool, situated between the two homes, accessible via a path or steps. Eight bedrooms and seven bathrooms are spread across the two villas, accommodating up to sixteen guests with ease.

The interiors combine rustic charm, terracotta tiles, wooden beams, with modern finishes and air conditioning throughout. Surrounded by nature and rolling farmland, this is a place to slow down and reconnect. Whether you're sunbathing by the pool, sipping wine under the pergola, or exploring nearby villages, Casa Sibillina offers a peaceful and practical base in the heart of Le Marche. Casa Sibillina is located just minutes from the historic village of Sant’Angelo in Pontano, in the heart of Italy’s Le Marche region. The medieval village itself is full of charm, with narrow stone lanes, artisan shops and local trattorias.
