The villa

Casa Santiago is a welcoming villa located in the peaceful Benissa area on Spain’s Costa Blanca. Designed with comfort and privacy in mind, the 250 m² property is divided into two independent levels, each accessible only from the outside. This layout makes it an ideal choice for groups of friends or families travelling together who value both shared and personal spaces.

The upper floor features a double bedroom and a bunk room, along with a bathroom, a bright living and dining area, and a small, functional kitchen. From here, guests can enjoy lovely views across the pool and garden terrace below. The lower level includes a fully equipped kitchen, two double bedrooms, a bathroom, and direct access to the pool area - perfect for those who prefer a little extra independence.

Outside, the villa’s private pool forms the centrepiece of a sun - filled terrace complete with loungers, outdoor dining space, and a gas barbecue.
