The villa

Welcome to Casa Higuera, a peaceful country retreat nestled between Pollensa and the coast, close to Puerto Pollensa. Surrounded by greenery and mountain views, this villa offers a laid - back escape for families and small groups seeking space, privacy and the timeless appeal of rural Mallorca. With a calm setting and easy access to both town life and the coast, guests can unwind in nature while remaining just minutes from local restaurants, shops and beaches.

The villa’s bright and practical layout includes three air - conditioned bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a comfortable open - plan living and dining area with direct access to the outdoors. The fully equipped kitchen connects seamlessly to the furnished terrace, creating a sociable space for meals and relaxation. Outside, guests can enjoy a private 8 × 4 m pool, a large garden with lawn and mountain views, and a covered barbecue area with an outdoor shower room - perfect for long, sunny afternoons. For larger groups, Casa Higuera can be rented together with neighbouring Can Aina via an internal gate (please enquire for more information). 

Set in the quiet countryside yet just 4 km from both the historic streets of Pollensa and the sandy beaches of Puerto Pollensa, the villa is ideally positioned for exploring the best of northern Mallorca. Whether wandering local markets, dining in lively town squares, or heading out for a day of hiking or swimming, everything is within easy reach.

Casa Higuera sits in a quiet, rural pocket between Pollensa and the coast, close to Puerto Pollensa. 

Just 4 km away, the historic town of Pollensa is rich in character, with its winding streets, stone buildings and vibrant local culture. Visitors can explore the Sunday market in the main square, climb the famous Calvari Steps for panoramic views, or settle in at one of the town’s many restaurants to enjoy traditional Mallorcan cuisine.

In the other direction lies Puerto Pollensa, a relaxed coastal resort known for its long sandy beach and gentle, shallow waters. The seafront promenade is lined with cafés, ice cream shops and family - friendly restaurants, making it a favourite for daytime swims or evening strolls. Water sports like paddleboarding and kayaking are readily available, and the marina adds a nautical charm to the town’s laid - back atmosphere.

The surrounding countryside offers excellent opportunities for outdoor adventure. Quiet lanes and rolling terrain make the area popular with cyclists, while the nearby foothills of the Tramuntana Mountains - designated a UNESCO World Heritage Site - provide scenic hiking routes with views across the coastline and countryside.
