The villa

Located in the tranquil countryside of Ibiza, a backdrop of lush rolling hills and clear blue skies frames the tall white walls and traditional villa Casa Elvira. The Mediterranean villa’s location allows for peace and relaxation for your downtime whilst remaining connected to amenities.

Casa Elvira is set over two floors, each room embodying a traditional and rustic design and bright pops of colour. Exposed wood beams, colourful cushions and cosy furniture combine to make you feel at home in the wonderful Ibizan villa. There is a spacious sitting area on the ground floor with a large red sofa with plump pillows for you to sink into during your downtime. Use this cosy spot to put your feet up, use the TV in the corner, socialise, or connect to the Wi - Fi.

There are four bedrooms across the two floors, with two doubles and two twin rooms. Each bedroom has a traditional design and features pops of vibrant colour similar to the rest of the house. Each is spacious, with plenty of room for you to really get settled in and feel at home. One of the bedrooms is on the top floor and has access to a covered balcony with incredible views of the rolling hills. To complement the four bedrooms, the villa has four bathrooms; two have showers, and two have bathtubs. This means that each room is able to claim a bathroom as their own, and there will be next to no queue times in the mornings!

Casa Elvira has an open - plan kitchen and dining area with everything you need to make your meals during your stay. Choose to dine al fresco by making use of the outdoor dining table or even go a step further by grilling up fresh meat and vegetables on the outdoor barbeque next to it.

Stepping outside into the warm sun, you will be met with the incredible, fenced and raised pool area. In the centre of it is a large “L” shaped pool with a stepped entry - making it easier to access for everyone. Take a dip in the cool waters or catch a tan on one of the sun loungers lining the area. There is also an outdoor shower here, so you can wash off after being in the pool.

In both the fenced pool area and a couple of spots around the properties outside, you will find some daybeds for your use, with comfy bedding and soft pillows. These are perfect for taking a nap outside and enjoying the Mediterranean breeze through the flowing curtains. Outside you will also find a table tennis set for when you feel like striking up some friendly competition!

Casa Elvira is located in the peaceful countryside of Ibiza, towards the Northeast of the island. Its location is perfect for holidaymakers with all sorts of plans, as it is close by to all the amenities you could need whilst being far enough to allow for maximum peace and relaxation in your downtime.

The villa is located near the town of Santa Eulalia, known for its beautiful palm tree lined promenade and lovely sandy beach. The area is Ibiza's third largest resort and perfect for anyone wishing to enjoy all that Ibiza has to offer without being directly in the middle of the nightlife hotspots. It has the reputation of being a gastronomic and cultural centre of the island and is home to incredible restaurants and art galleries.

Furthermore, Ibiza as a whole is a beautiful destination, as the small but mighty island can be travelled within one day! Driving from top to bottom would take under an hour and under half an hour to drive from east to west!

Eating out in Ibiza is never an issue either, as the island's restaurants are used to an influx of tourism and have menus full of global influence. There is always something you will enjoy on offer to be eaten alongside a delicious cocktail or juice in hand. The closest restaurant is just 3km away, but there is a whole host across the island not much further. There are also some supermarkets close by, so you can stock up on snacks or ingredients for when you wish to use Casa Elvira's fully equipped kitchen space.

Ibiza's incredible beaches are sprinkled all over the island, some with warm golden sand and others being incredible pebble coves. The closest beach to Casa Elvira is Sargamassa Beach, just 10 minutes from the villa's front door. To experience something a little more secluded, why not head to Cala Olivera, an unspoilt gem of the island. The beaches in Ibiza are known to have crystal clear waters, so grab a snorkel set and see what lies beneath the surface.

With Ibiza being known for its incredible nightlife, it isn't hard to have a great night out and let your hair down during your stay on the island. There are a number of clubs across the island, and the closest one to Casa Elvira is just 8 minutes drive away. The island has a vibrant nightlife with incredible drinks, music, and entertainment, so you won't struggle to let your hair down and dance the night away!
