The villa

Casa della Serra is a spacious hillside retreat for up to 12 guests, offering sea views, a private pool and the flexibility of two fully independent apartments. Set within a generous 1,000m² terraced garden, the villa enjoys sweeping vistas across the lush Sorrento Peninsula towards the sparkling coastline, creating a peaceful setting away from the busier hotspots of Sorrento and Positano. Outdoors, a series of landscaped terraces cascade through the garden, leading to a beautifully positioned swimming pool with sun deck and panoramic views. A large communal dining terrace seats 12, complete with a gas barbecue, while an enclosed outdoor kitchen features a wood - burning oven, hob, sink and fridge - freezer - perfect for relaxed evenings and homemade pizzas under the stars. The villa is arranged as two separate apartments, each with its own private entrance, making it ideal for two families or groups seeking both togetherness and independence. Each apartment includes a living/dining room, fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms and two bathrooms. In both, one bedroom includes a sofa bed and can double as an additional lounge. The upper apartment also features a fireplace and small private terraces, while the lower opens directly onto the main outdoor dining space. Air conditioning, Wi - Fi and a utility room ensure comfort throughout. From here, guests can easily explore the highlights of the region: Sorrento, Positano and Amalfi are within comfortable reach, while boat trips to Capri are a popular day excursion.
